LEONIE TREMAINE studied evolutionary astrology with Tashi Powers and has worked as a Tarot card reader at Carlsbad's Sacred Pathway. She lived most of her life in Italy where her two sons were born, but now lives on a boat in Southern California. A pathological fear of commitment prevents her from having the cats and dogs common to most writers - and from marrying any more Italians.
Update: Moved back to dry land, taking tango lessons as research for the next book in the series "Last Tango for Taurus and okay, adopted a stray kitten...

AMY ALBANI lives in Oceanside, CA, where she does free-lance editing, writes and gives private singing lessons when she's not selling real estate. Amy is a former opera singer who has performed in both the U.S. and Italy. Since retiring from the opera stage, Amy has written several screenplays, one of which, "The Common Touch," was an award winner. She now collaborates with her niece, Leonie Tremaine, writing both books and screenplays.
